  25.           that creates a DialogShell and an unmanaged MessageBox child
  26.           of the DialogShell.  A QuestionDialog is used to get the
  27.           answer to a question from the user.  It includes a symbol, a
  28.           message, and three buttons. The default symbol is a question
  29.           mark. The default button labels are _O_K, CCCCaaaannnncccceeeellll, and HHHHeeeellllpppp.
